Orientation will help you get ready to study at CIHE Australia. You’ll learn how to access the systems and services you need, understand key academic expectations, find support, and become familiar with student life at CIHE.

By the end of Orientation, you should be able to:

1. Understand CIHE Australia – Become familiar with our institution, our community, and what you can expect as a student.
2. Access essential systems – Learn how to use the key systems and digital tools you’ll need for your studies.
3. Understand your course and academic expectations – Know what is expected of you as a student and where to find important academic information.
4. Know your academic team – Understand the roles of your academic staff and who to contact when you need academic guidance.
5. Understand key policies and responsibilities – Become familiar with the important policies, requirements and responsibilities that apply to your studies.
6. Access support when you need it – Know where to go for academic, wellbeing, administrative and IT support.

Completing Orientation

You must complete all Orientation modules and required activities to successfully complete Orientation.
