Student Support – Ticket Submission Guidelines

CIHE is committed to resolving student enquiries promptly and professionally. If you require assistance—or if you have questions about your studies, student life, or any other matter—please feel free to raise a ticket through the Help Desk:

  1. Visit helpdesk.cihe.edu.au
  2. Sign in with Microsoft. Use your official CIHE student email address, configured in Module 1. Do not select other sign-in options. 
  3. Select the relevant category and complete the form to lodge your ticket.

Important: The ticketing system operates only with CIHE student email accounts.
If you cannot access your student email or encounter difficulties with Step 1, contact itsupport@cihe.edu.au for assistance.
